Hello! My name is Marlyn Barrieria Jimenez, and I am so glad you found us. I have been caring for children in my home since 2021, and it has been the greatest joy of my life.
At Children's Tree House, I believe that every child deserves a safe, warm, and stimulating environment where they feel truly loved. My home daycare is small by design — I keep enrollment limited so that every child receives individual attention every single day.
Every day is filled with play, learning, laughter, and love. Here's a peek at what makes our program special:
We get creative every day with age-appropriate painting, drawing, sensory play, and seasonal crafts.
Circle time, storytime, letters, numbers, and songs build early literacy and math skills in a fun, pressure-free way.
Fresh air and outdoor play are part of every day! Our fenced backyard is safe and full of fun.
Nutritious breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack are included each day. We follow the CACFP food program guidelines.
A quiet rest period is provided each afternoon. Children who don't sleep enjoy calm, quiet activities.
Children learn to share, take turns, and build friendships in our warm and welcoming small-group setting.
Every family's needs are a little different — so rather than a one-size-fits-all rate sheet, I prefer to have a real conversation. Reach out and we'll talk through scheduling, availability, and pricing together.

We are open Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Yes! I am licensed by the state of Florida and my license number is F13H10765. You can verify this at www.myflfamilies.com.
To protect all children in care, children must be fever-free, vomit-free, and diarrhea-free for 24 hours before returning.
I provide a healthy breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack. Please let me know about any food allergies during enrollment.
